ArtHum Artistes pour l'humanite (ArtHum) is currently based in Uvira, DR Congo, but also works in additional areas. Uvira is the central location with its main office, in Baraka, ninety kilometers south, outreach projects exist. ArtHum also works in Bujumbura, Burundi allowing it to connect to the world as the former two locations do not have postal services or internet access.

Projects run by ArtHum include conflict resolution and peace building to musical compositions on health issues. Previously ArtHum gathered volunteers to produce a record on peace building. ArtHum attempts to use artistic expression for resolving social problems.

Currently ArtHum works with WTE in HIV/AIDS education and the Emebet Education Program (school sponsorship). Forty-eight orphans are enrolled for the 2006/07 program.
